OBJECTIVE 1: 
We talk  of India shining,  hosting Common Wealth Games and sending rockets to the space. But the reality is that we still have lot of people starving for food and very good aspiring students dropping out of school for want of a few thousand rupees. In the foot steps of Kaaraimagal, this Arakatali strives in identifying and funding the needy students in continuing their education.  
 
 OBJECTIVE 2: Promoting good Tamil literature, solely sponsored by kaaraimainden under separate book of accounts

Contribution During Tsunami

•Few days from the occurrence of tsunami Kaaraimainden rushed relief materials to the victims.

•Mr. Babu and Mr. Kaarai mainden with some support from friends where the first even before the Tamil Nadu and Pondicherry Governments to distribute fishing nets to 25 families within 30 days of tsunami, for which Kaaraimainden made a personal survey of the Karaikal to Nagapatinam costal area for two days
